Myoporum floribundum would have to be the most delicate looking shrub around, the long leaves hang down almost vertically and when it is in flower the tiny white buds sit atop the stems in a unusual arrangement.

This Myoporum needs a fairly sheltered position as it will not withstand strong winds and may need some staking before it is established. This species would work well as a feature shrub somewhere surrounded by broad leaved grasses or luscious shrubs, it also makes a good accompaniment with other weeping trees or shrubs such as Eucalyptus caesia ‘Silver Princess’
