Hello,
I’m a big fan of your website – so much great information and inspiring content. I have also found it very helpful how you compile information and present it back on a webpage etc with photos… For example I was having a look into Grafted Gums Corymbias and found myself hopping back and forward between different websites trying to compare and form a mental picture of what they all looked like and the different varieties etc.. and then I found your webpages which show some great mature photos of the different varieties and some helpful summary information! Fantastic!
I did wish to write and let you know – I may have noted a Plant ID typo… or perhaps it’s my error…. not sure. I was reading this very interesting article you posted c/o this webpage…

One of the plants with a photo that you listed was tagged <>. It’s a great photo and this is a lovely plant – I have one in my own garden. I was of the understanding however that this plant is actually named <> and is named after a little country town in outback Queensland called Injune which is where this unique Callistemon variety was “discovered”. Like I said – I may be mistaken on this. Just thought I’d let you know as a courtesy and perhaps worth double checking on it.
Thanks again for all your great articles and helpful information. I find myself regularly visiting your website. You’re based in NSW?
Best wishes, Brad
ps. The previous comments related to Callistemon “In June” vs Callistemon Injune”.
Not sure why the words got deleted in that previous message!
Hi Kath,
I would like to enquire about bnative landscaping design for my garden. Would you be able to help? I’m located in Elizabeth Hills.
Hi,
I love the look of the dwarf lemon scented tree and are thinking of putting one in the front yard as a feature. I’m just wondering how invasive the roots systems can be? How far away from paths and our house would you suggest planting it to prevent any foundation issues?
Hi Roxy,
If you plant it at least 3mts from the house the roots should not cause any issue.
Where are you located, was interested in your birdbaths
We are located in Bulli NSW. If you would like to get in touch via email (hello@malleedesign.com.au) we can let you know when we will be in the office.
Otherwise Sydney Wildflower Nursery also stock our birdbaths if you wanted to see them in person before purchasing.
