Persoonia pinifolia naturally grows in areas of sandstone, in sheltered positions with part sun.

P1010112They have a soft weeping habit with yellow flower spikes on the end of each branch that turn into decorative large fruit. They will reach 2 to 3 metres if happy, best used as a feature shrub and planted amongst smaller larger leaved plants so that the delicate deep green needle like leaves are shown off.
